Reviews: Fly On The Wall

After a respite of several weeks reviewing (even the most hearty of gastronomes need a break from relentlss gluttony and indulgence), I decided to ease my way back to The Fly with a light lunchtime sojourn to somewhere unfamiliar. I wanted something upscale, yet different. I craved something light, yet inventive. I even considered going back to Soyka until a dear friend told me about her recent bout of toxic food poisoning from a Tuna salad she’d eaten there. Ended up in hospital, on a drip! No thanks.

I looked through my MUST TRY list compiled from recommendations of Fly On The Wall readers and stumbled across The River Oyster Bar. I’d been told that their fried oysters were outstanding and so The River Oyster Bar it was! With my faithful dining-out partner in tow, the Lush and I breezed down South Miami Avenue and Parked right outside of the restaurant. Read Fly On The Wall Review.
